I am a professional artist/painter living and working in Rothbury, Northumberland. I prefer to use acrylic paint for my landscapes and realistic still lifes, working on a table easel for small paintings and a floor easel for larger exhibition pieces. I use an eclectic mix of paint brushes, riggers, plastic credit cards and even my fingers, to create expressive brushstrokes or marks.
I work onto a variety of different types of supports ranging from acrylic board and canvas boards, which are framed ready for hanging, to ready stretched canvas, canvas gallery wraps, gallery canvases or box canvases. My canvases are all "one off", original artworks and are given two final coats of acrylic varnish so they do not require glazing, but are ready for exhibition or display in your sitting room, lounge, dining room or bedroom.
Prices range from £49 to £2000 depending on size, support, subject matter and complexity.
